A meticulous 2024 refit by Patrick Knowles breathes new life into the award-winning Classic Supreme 132’, blending timeless Italian craftsmanship with modern luxury.
The 40.2-metre Benetti superyacht Patience has re-entered the market with a fresh new identity, following an extensive refit completed in early 2024. Originally delivered in 2012 under the name Petrus II, this Classic Supreme 132’ model was crafted by Stefano Righini with interiors by François Zuretti—two design names synonymous with timeless Italian style and enduring pedigree. Over a decade later, her elegant lines and smart proportions remain intact, but her interiors and onboard systems have been carefully reimagined to meet today’s expectations of comfort and connectivity.
The refit, led by renowned American designer Patrick Knowles, introduced a refined palette and several technical upgrades. The AV system has been modernised with the inclusion of Starlink, while VIP cabins were reconfigured with king-size beds, and new linens introduced throughout. A former gym was converted into a queen guest suite, and the galley saw the installation of new cabinetry and equipment—small but significant changes that elevate daily life on board.
Two Jacuzzis—one on the sun deck and another forward—set Patience apart from other yachts in her size range, offering a rare touch of dual relaxation zones. With accommodation for up to 10 guests across five cabins and supported by a crew of seven, she blends charter potential with private cruising appeal. Powered by twin MTU 12V 2000 M91 engines, she cruises comfortably at 12 knots with a top speed of 15 knots, and a transoceanic range of 3,500 nautical miles at 10 knots. Naiad zero-speed stabilisers ensure smooth passages whether underway or at anchor.
Now listed for sale at $12.9 million, Patience is more than a refit success story—she’s a statement of longevity, taste, and technical precision. A true testament to what considered upgrades can bring to a proven platform.
