A fusion of haute couture and naval engineering, Giorgio Armani’s first superyacht sets a new standard in minimalist luxury.
The Italian Sea Group (TISG) has unveiled the 72-meter Metamorphosis, the inaugural vessel from its exclusive collaboration with Giorgio Armani. Launched at TISG’s Marina di Carrara facility, this superyacht embodies the confluence of Armani’s refined aesthetic and TISG’s technical prowess.
Metamorphosis features a distinctive exterior with geometric volumes softened by curvilinear forms, finished in satin gold. Floor-to-ceiling glazing enhances the interplay of light and space, while flush decks and concealed cap rails contribute to a seamless profile. An ice-class steel hull and aluminium superstructure ensure durability and performance.
Inside, Armani/Casa’s design philosophy is evident. The interiors showcase materials like Black Marquinia marble, golden Calacatta, and Canaletto walnut, complemented by mirrored surfaces and custom lighting. The décor achieves a balance between understated elegance and luxurious comfort.
Amenities include a helipad, open-air lounges, and a spa, reflecting a commitment to both form and function. With a range of 6,000 nautical miles, Metamorphosis is designed for extended voyages without compromising on style or comfort.
Set to debut at the Monaco Yacht Show in September 2025, Metamorphosis represents a significant milestone in luxury yacht design, merging the worlds of high fashion and maritime engineering.
As Metamorphosis prepares to grace the seas, it stands as a testament to the seamless integration of design excellence and nautical innovation.
